Changes are work! They do not come from a quick moment of insight. They do not come from a quote. They come from continuous and consistent effort to watch our selves, to watch our thoughts, to watch our feelings and to watch our behaviors. We are blessed to be able to watch ourselves, almost as if looking from the outside in.
